Realtors need not respond to this question. You’ve made it abundantly clear that you don’t think FSBO is a good idea. I would now like to hear from people who HAVE sold a home FSBO and advice on how to get buyers interested. I live in a small town in PA not a hot spot like Los Angeles or Atlanta.
